Am I Comped? provides tools for estimating theoretical casino loss, possible comp value, trip value, offers, and related casino reward information. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy of information you enter.

You may use the service only if you are legally old enough to gamble in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from gambling or using gambling-related services.

The service is for informational and educational purposes only. Am I Comped? does not provide gambling, financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.

Comp values, theoretical loss estimates, reward projections, offers, and casino program assumptions are estimates only. Casinos can change policies, formulas, offers, and eligibility rules at any time. We do not guarantee that you will receive any comp, reward, rebate, discount, or offer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You retain responsibility for information you enter into the app, including session details, casino notes, offer details, and trip plans. Do not enter information you do not have the right to use or share.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with app security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, violates law, or harms the service or other users.

The app may link to casinos, hotels, events, travel providers, affiliate partners, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability, policies, rewards, or offers.

Some links or recommendations may be sponsored, affiliate-based, or commercial. We aim to keep recommendations useful and transparent.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how aggregated or de-identified insights may be shared.

Am I Comped? does not sell personal contact information or identifiable gambling, session, trip, or offer history to casinos or third-party marketers without notice, consent, or another lawful basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
